I am an energetic executive with more than 20 years of management experience in the manufacturing, industrial services, and heavy equipment distribution sectors. I am fueled by growing people to grow the business.
- I led the implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) at M-L Holdings Company, a private holding company that owns and operates construction and infrastructure businesses in the US and Canada. We implemented this system to improve communication, execution, and ensure each team member understood the “why” behind their role in growing the company.
- While leading the team as Managing Director, Evapco Asia/Pacific, the division doubled revenues from $20 million to $40 million and operating profit increased by more than 130 percent.

- As CFO and VP of Corporate Development at Evapco, and COO at M-L Holdings, I have participated in or led over $50 million in acquisitions and successful integrations.
- I have a Bachelor of Science with a Concentration in Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University’s School of Engineering.
- I obtained a Graduate Certificate in Finance from Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University and attended executive education courses at Columbia Business School and the Chicago Booth School of Business.
